Commercial customers who want to use the ferries frequently with different vehicles have the option of paying for the crossings after invoicing. 

Registration as a billing customer is only possible if the minimum monthly turnover is €100.00. 

With our new electronic "customer card", crossings on the ferries are recorded electronically by our employees. 

You will receive 1 customer card from us free of charge. We will be happy to provide you with additional cards for a fee of €5.00 per card. 

The use of the customer cards is subject to the following conditions: 

1. The card is the property of Bingen-Rüdesheimer Schifffahrtsgesellschaft mbH 
2. The card must be protected from strong sunlight 
3. The card must be protected from electrical magnetic fields 
4. Bingen-Rüdesheimer Schifffahrtsgesellschaft mbH is not liable for loss of or damage to the card, nor for financial losses caused by third-party use of lost cards In the event of loss
5. The Bingen-Rüdesheimer Schifffahrtsgesellschaft mbH must be informed immediately. The card will then be cancelled.
6.  A processing fee of €15.00 will be charged for the issue of replacement cards
