- Is food available on board?

- Do you offer special discounts for groups?

- What is a "stop on demand"?
<p>Stops "on demand" include the docks in Lorch and Oberwesel. "Stops on demand" means that we will tie up at these docks for boarding and disembarking only upon request. You can notify us of your request in advance by contacting us by phone at 06721/30 80 80.</p>
- What is your cancellation policy?
<p>You can cancel your cruise anytime up to the day of departure without penalties.</p>
- How far in advance should I reserve a cruise or a table at the restaurant on board? And are these reservations necessary?
<p>A reservation is recommended if you are traveling with a group of 10 – 15 people. You can sign up quickly and conveniently by filling out the contact form and sending it to us one week or so prior to your planned cruise. We will send you a proposal as soon as possible, and you will be all set for your outing. - In which languages do you provide information about the sights?
<p>During the cruise, we highlight and provide a brief explanation of the most important sights via loudspeaker in German, English, Spanish, Japanese, and French, among others.</p>
- Can I bring my bicycle on board?
<p>Individual passengers may bring their bicycle on board for a fee of € 2.00.</p>
- Where can I park and how do I find your docks?
